Bob and Kathy homeschool their 2 youngest children, Jacob 13, and Ema 8.  They wanted to give their kids an entrepreneurial experience and decided to try their hand at freeze dried goodies.  A plan was hatched and off to work they went.  There is so much that goes into starting a business from researching the laws, finding the right products, and securing successful venues.
